A: Submissions are voted on, In this group there are 7 people who can vote on what is allowed into the group and what is not, To get into the group there must be 2 votes for your photo. The reason yours was not accepted was it was submitted into the wrong folder in that case you can resubmit it to the correct folder and it will be accepted into the group. On rare occation the time limit goes over and the photo can no longer be voted on and it will not be in the group unless you resubmit it.
